« By creating this workshop, my intention is to transmit my know-how to ease the accumulated daily tensions and influence the participants by simple advice to improve their quality of life ».

DETAILED PROGRAM

This 2 hours’ workshop will allow you to learn how to offer your partner a focused massage on the back, shoulders, neck and scalp. You will learn how and where to put the good pressure to ease the tensions.

Program :

1. Create a relaxing atmosphere: discover the tips to install a warm cocoon for a multi-sensory journey.

2. Enter into a relaxing state of mind: prepare yourself mentally to receive and procure a well-being massage.

3. Adopt the correct posture: learn how to position yourself correctly, feel yourself comfortable and give the right pressure at the right place.

4. Learn the correct handling: learn the appropriated massage techniques to the focused zone to ease the tensions and share a moment of well-being.

5. Work on the acupuncture points: learn how to stimulate the body by pressure on the path of meridians in order to reactivate the energy circulation and ease the tensions.

C’est par les fragrances d’huiles parfumées que le voyage a commencé. Des fleurs exotiques, des bois aux exaltantes senteurs, nous voilà déjà ailleurs. On se crée d’abord sa bulle par une douce musique, une ambiance cocooning. Il ne manque que quelques étirements pour se préparer et on peut commencer. Du japon nous apprendrons les techniques de l’acupressure Shiatsu, de quoi vous rendre zen. De Bali ce sont des massages plus doux mais tout aussi relaxant qui nous sont transmis. Cet atelier est un moment d’échange et de partage qui nous a transporté. De cette petite bulle hors du temps, nous ressortons avec des techniques simples à mettre en œuvre à la maison. De quoi dénouer les tensions et effacer le stress d’une journée par des massages faciles à reproduire. Merci à Lætitia pour ce très bon moment.
