My approach of yoga

As a former professional athlete, I initially considered yoga an excellent tool for recovery, optimizing training, and enhancing performance. Over the years, I have come to experience it as a way of life. Yoga is a tool for many things: breathwork, mindfulness, strength, concentration, meditation, and tension release. But the main benefit is being fully present in the moment and enjoying life with resilience, acceptance, and joy.

Yuva, a term coined by a friend and me, summarizes this concept as the secret to achieving eternal youth from the inside out. In Sanskrit, « Yuva » means « youth » – what a coincidence!

Nature Rhythm Yoga

Nature is my primary source of inspiration for designing classes and various projects. Observing nature reveals a wealth of knowledge, and harmonizing with its rhythm helps cultivate peace. This connection is reflected in yoga sessions that integrate natural elements like air, earth, fire, water, and mindfulness.

Who I am

I am Laëtitia, a wellness specialist and worldwide holistic treatment practitioner with ten years of experience. I design specific sessions tailored to your needs and goals. I am certified as a yoga instructor by Aria Crescendo, a renowned dancer and yoga teacher who created warrior yoga, a blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga. My yoga sessions also incorporate Pilates principles.

I offer yoga sessions and private classes in Antibes and throughout the French Riviera, from Saint Tropez to Monaco. My main sources of inspiration are my travels, particularly to Bali, which has profoundly influenced my approach. My career as an athlete, including a 9th-place finish in the French duathlon championship, also shapes my teaching style. This background helps me guide my students with precise instructions, integrating anatomy and a deep understanding of postures.

Nature and an outdoor lifestyle are central to my practice, allowing me to spread positive energy in my yoga classes and massage sessions in Antibes and the French Riviera. Living by the sea with mountain views is truly inspiring.

Bali : A source of Inspiration

My holistic wellness journey began after a trip to Bali in 2014. I completed various certifications with Ruth Indiathi, a Javanese spa therapist who worked for top palaces in Paris and founded her own school. From her, I learned ancestral Balinese massage techniques, facial massage, and natural treatment rituals. Bali has transformed my perception of life, wellness, and spirituality. It holds a special place in my heart, and I return every two years to refresh my skills and find inspiration.

A good session blends wellness techniques, positive energy, and attention to detail, from fragrance to materials. My approach combines luxury and simplicity, guided by the rhythms of nature.
